Short Little Blog

I haven't been keeping up with my blog very well, have I? It's been a quiet 2010 so far.Quiet's okay,I suppose. I am taking a new art class up on campus.It's another painting class. My teacher is big into 'underpainting', a technique used by old masters throughout the centuries, but a new technique to me.It's quite fascinating, and I wished I would have studied it before I went to Italy becauseI would have had another thing to look for in the great paintings we saw there. My teacher's name is Iris Hauser, and I bet she has a website.
